Step by step
- 1
Play moves to the right: East, South, West, North. On your turn you draw one tile and discard one tile.
- 2
Any discard can be claimed. A win beats a pung or kong, and a pung beats a chow.
- 3
Claiming exposes the set on the table. That costs you the concealed-hand bonus, so only claim when it really speeds you up.
- 4
If the wall runs out before anyone wins, the hand is washed out and nobody pays. Then you deal again.
